Fast Track Real Estate Mentoring Program
Participation Agreement
  1. This Agreement is between you and Immersion Investments Pty Ltd (ACN 118 988 739) as trustee for Wakerley Trust, trading as “Advanced Property Strategies”(us, we or our) and relates to your participation in our program known as "Fast Track Real Estate Mentoring Program" (Mentoring Program).
  2. As a member of the Mentoring Program you understand that information, techniques, skills and concepts shared by trainers and speakers and all audio and video recordings, on-line training videos, information, manuals, checklists, documents, websites and other materials (Program Materials) are not to be relied on as any type of professional or other advice.
  3. The Mentoring Program and the Program Materials may only be used for educational purposes and only for non-commercial use.
  4. During sessions, some speakers may choose to share with you private information that they do not want repeated outside the Mentoring Program environment. If informed, please be respectful and refrain from discussing such information outside the environment.
  5. Recording equipment of any kind is not allowed during Mentoring Program events. 
  6. The Mentoring Program, the Program Materials, and user names and passwords provided to you are confidential and must not be given to or shared with people outside the Mentoring Program community. 
  7. No part of the Mentoring Program or the Program Materials may be copied, modified, licensed, published, transmitted, distributed, uploaded, broadcast, sold or otherwise transferred without our prior consent. We or our licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Mentoring Program and the Program Materials.
  8. This program is 100% Money Back Guaranteed, conditional upon you physically attending one of the available bootcamps for one full day within the next 60 days. By 5pm on the Friday of the bootcamp you have attended, should you not be 100% satisfied with your purchase, send the office an email that same day by 10pm, and we will refund your money accordingly. If we do not receive this notification in writing within that time frame it is understood you are 100% satisfied with the program and no refund will be payable. If you are on a monthly payment plan & should your credit card expire, you will be required to supply new details that will take you up to the end of the agreed payment period. We reserve the right to suspend your access to the Mentoring Program until your payments are up to date.
  9. With regards to all Mentoring Program events, all meeting fees and materials are included. However, flights, accommodation, meals, drinks and all other expenses are the responsibility of the Mentoring Program member.  
  10. Mentoring Program Members understand that events are a non-pitch environment. As such you agree to conduct business within the community in a professional manner. If conduct is deemed to be unacceptable and is not corrected after notice, we reserve the right to cancel your membership.
  11. You understand that we may be filming the events which may include filming the audience. This footage may then be used for the creation of physical DVD products or turned into online videos/audios. You give permission for this to occur.
  12. We reserve the right to vary this Agreement and the Mentoring Program, revise all content, cancel or reschedule part of the Mentoring Program or to make other changes to the Mentoring Program as reasonably required.
  13. No representations or warranties are made with respect to the results to be obtained from participating in the Mentoring Program or using the Program Materials.
  14. You understand that this program is not a “get-rich-quick fast track to success” program and does not mean that there will be 24/7 access to Nhan Nguyen or the Advanced Property Strategies’ team.  
  15. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
